Built inclusive imagery systems—WFH Media Library during COVID, then quarterly on-campus releases worldwide.
Enriched internal media resources and fostered inclusivity in visual storytelling as workplaces evolved post-pandemic.

The problem
Internal comms teams need authentic photography that reflects real Googlers—not repetitive stock that undermines trust and inclusion. During COVID, that need spiked: distributed teams, remote culture, and a WFH Media Library built from Googler submissions.
Work From Home Media Library
I developed the Work From Home Media Library as a dynamic repository of images submitted by Googlers during the pandemic—keeping internal stories human when offices were empty. Visual language drew from curated Unsplash collections (Working from Home, Everyday People) and evolved into Googler-submitted releases.

Googler-timed submissions: imperfect framing, mixed lighting, diverse people and rooms.

Googler Media Library
As workplaces reopened, I spearheaded the Googler Media Library: photograph Googlers in offices worldwide; partner with marketing, branding, and media; release the best imagery every quarter so internal campaigns reflect real demographic diversity—not a thin stock catalog.
Precursor: Work From Home Media Library during COVID—Googler-submitted photos of life at home. The on-campus library was the natural evolution as teams returned.
- Problem: very limited diverse imagery for internal comms
- Solution: global capture program + quarterly curated releases
- Partners: marketing, branding, media production teams
Media library visual language
Cover mood sets on-campus energy; expanded campus and atrium frames show cubicles, rituals, bridgeway views, and playful moments. Submission-style and curated comms frames are illustrative—production library assets remain confidential.

Virtual Noogler Onboarding (related program)
While media libraries fed inclusive imagery, I also led design for virtual Noogler Orientation during COVID—physical welcome boxes (confetti, propeller hat, devices, lanyard) plus a large online onboarding for new hires in quarantine. Full narrative on /work/google.
